Following the installation of a new canning production line on-site, the client faced several high-level cleaning complications on the gantry. The dirt and grime photographed resulted from years of use, and due to the lack of high-level access equipment, they were unable to remove it effectively.

Although we could not use our specialist access equipment due to limited space, we still managed to achieve exceptional results for the client.

The process was slow as we were limited to using only ladders for access and cleaning by hand. However, the customer was delighted that we could step in and carry out the works, which their regular cleaning company could not support.

Whilst the track in Stourbridge was on full closure for maintenance and tree removal, VMS engaged Real Cleaning to remove the Graffiti while there was an opportunity. We carried this out over a 2 day period removing over 50 pieces of art, using low pressure steam and high quality removal chemicals

We were contacted by our Client after the painting contractor over sprayed paint on the brick work of this heritage building in Barnsley.

We spent 5 days blasting with a glass medium which gave amazing results and allowed these walls to remain on display for another 100 years.

Part of a dilapidation and refurbishment project, we carried out the industrial deep cleaning to the 50 000 ft2 warehouse floor on an Industrial unit in Mansfield.

The Real Cleaning Company was brought onboard in the final stages of Oktra’s interior fit-out of the new Gym Shark HQ offices near Solihull. This project, on a tight timescale, pulled together a number of specialist cleaning services including carpet cleaning, window cleaning, paint removal and debris removal. We worked closely with the client and project/site managers to deliver a High Specification solution fulfilling all project requirements.

This private residence is just one of around 400 set in St George’s Hill, a 964-acre private estate in Weybridge, Surrey, Newman House required a very high attention to detail in its High Specification cleaning project.

The Company was brought in to perform a High Specification hygiene cleaning service on the mansion the project came with a very narrow window of opportunity. Since trades personnel aren’t allowed to operate within the confines of the estate out of business hours and the fabric of the building, together with its fixtures and fittings were irreplaceable, our services had to be at their most precise.
